Yes, and I imagine it's at least two weeks past the last dose. Treat once, great again 10-14 days later, wait no less than two weeks to eat eggs. Talk to your vet and see what they recommend.

The vet is now recommending probiotics and then retest fecal in 2-3 weeks. Said worming won’t hurt but wants me to wait on that.

What probiotic should I give them? Need to check amazon for something that goes in the water.

Those are good items to have, but as Kiki said, they aren't probiotics.
