If I had to guess (again this is just a guess) I would say the bigger of the 2 is a tom and the smaller a hen. One of my five is much larger than the other and seems to be the "protector" of the flock. I am hoping he is my tom. We will see. here are a few pics of mine.

I forget what age the seller said but I think mine are 6-7 weeks old. I think your poults look about the same age as mine....they are very cute by the way

They are alot different from my chickens. They are still very scared of me and everything else right now but hopefully that will change this weekend when my pullets go in the yard with the big girls. Have fun with your new babies!
