Royal Palm Turkeys

I see that they are pretty much ornamental birds. Has anyone actually processed one for the freezer? I can see why they wouldn't have as much meat as other turkeys that are better for meat production.. just wondering. Thanks for your reply.
 
My understanding is that the royals are actually one of the more tasty of the heritage breed, but the smaller size tend to deter people because we all think more is better! ;)
