hmm, well i found bourbon reds close enough for 40 a piece. i havent called on them so i dont know much, but the picture makes them look fairly young, so im assuming they will be breeding and laying this year? so if i got a pair id be paying 80.. i know it depends on where your located but does this sound somewhat reasonable? maybe id get them a bit cheaper but not sure.
im really kind of going at this blindly ill admit. id like to hatch some eggs this year and sell either as poults, adolescents or butcher what i dont sell. so if i were to butcher, or sell to be butchered, what age would i do so?
