It is. The factory is about an hour's drive away from me. A few years ago I visited the factory for my birthday. They do tours and you can pick up bags of "woops" jelly beans for really cheap. They may be shaped funny, but they taste just as good.

Jelly bellys are the best tasting jelly beans by far!
So many different flavours. Only problem is that they're the most expensive as well.
