Ruffled feathers, watery eye

One of my little banty cochin hens is not looking too perky. I've made sure she has access to clean water and chick starter. She's always been sort of a loner. She's not really active. I've made sure to treat her for mites (Eprinex) - any idea what else I could, or should, do?
