Rump issue

Here is a picture. Of my rooster cinnamon and he is missing a lot of feathers what is going on with his rump? Also with the two females he mates with the most have the same issues what do I do and what is it ? Mites? On top I can tell something isn’t right either with the way his feathers look they looks like he got wet but he hasn’t been in any water. Please help

It looks like feather picking. You could try some sticky ointment or petroleum jelly. Pine tar may also work, and there also is Nustock cream, both from the horse supplies in feed stores. Can you see any tiny mites on the bodies under the feathers? Some only come on them in the dark.
I have no idea what I’d be looking for if I was to look can you see the mites? Are they dark or light? We use DE and hemp betting and live in the desert…. Never had an issue before.
 
I agree, it looks like feather picking and some broken feathers.

To look for mites and lice, gather him up and look through his feathers and at his skin, especially around the vent.

If you do find that external parasites are an issue, then you can use a Permethrin based poultry dust or spray to treat both birds and housing.
