I will agree that you shouldn't have wire on the bottom - it's to hard on chickens feet. They really need to be able to scratch around ... it's what chickens do and I think they'd be stressed not being able to do so.
On my chicken tractor I attached wire at the bottom that lays out over the ground. If a predator tried to dig under it would not be able to dig through that wire. Having it skirt the outside a good foot or more would be best. That way you can still move the whole thing ... it would probably take more than one person though.
