Run smell

But I think you are referring to a different product. I dont recall the name. PDZ?
I just have dirt run and when it stinks I add mulch or grass clippings.
 
DE will not do a thing, PDZ may not either.
Fixing any drainage issue then using some better bedding is what's needed.

My sand in the run got really wet, now it smells terrible. What can I use to stop the smell
How did it get wet, just after a rain or is it flooding/puddling?

DE is "Diatomaceous Earth," and it's for killing some kinds of bugs. DE has lots of tiny, sharp bits that make holes in the bodies of the bugs. It only works when it's dry. When it's dry, it's also dusty, and breathing the dust is bad for you and for the chickens.

It will not help the stinky, wet sand in your run.
