"Yum," he murmured, and began to tear apart a squirrel. He noticed Tawny's growing belly, but he didn't say anything, only smiled.

Salem bobbed his head, and swallowed up the remains. "Y'all right, Tawny?" He asked, a bit concerned.

Salem had a feeling of what was going on, but he didn't say anything. The tiniest of smiles dared to show on his face.

(*facepalm* that sounded bad when I read it. I meant they had a crush on each other.....)
