CyndiD eggs are laid hatched and supposedly raised by mama duck. They are outside but have a small house to go into. I close the door every night. Plenty warm as long as mama duck keeps them close. Problem was see started back laying and didn't watch over the babies. The one that made it was under mom sitting on eggs. Born on Friday. Found one dead on Saturday and the second on Monday. The one I bought inside seems to be doing good. She raised eleven ducklings last year. Very good mother last year. I'll take your 70's. Suppose to be low 90's today. After today upper 70's low 80's rest of week. Not cut on aircondition. Holding off on that light bill as long as I can lol wouldn't be so bad if every other night I didn't get woke up to skunk smell and have to cut window fans off. Oh the joys of country living lol
CyndiD didn't make swap. Went Thursday to pick up a year old chocolate female runner. Got home that afternoon and refrigerator had played out. Went picked one out Friday and they delivered it Saturday so stuck home. Did go yesterday and picked up another chocolate runner female. This one is not laying age. On Sunday my buff hatched her eggs. Have nine babies. Look so cute following mom. She is a great mom. Have my khaki campbells on Craig's list for sale. Trying to just get runners. We'll see how that goes.

@Amiga or anyone who may know about this brewers yeast.
Hi, i found this site for buying bulk brewers yeast, it is t/best price i have seen. Is this ok to feed to my ducks? Thanks for a reply.
Great price but brewer's yeast generally is given to ducklings their first 10 to 12 weeks at most, though if the ducks are entirely indoors it may be a useful supplement - but it would take quite a while to go through that - how long is it good for? Seems like a helpful item for a buying club, though.http://www.joshsfrogs.com/brewers-yeast-50-lbs.html

It should be just fine for your ducks. That looks like a really good deal and you will probably never have to buy any more for life! Do you have a chest freezer to store it in so that it doesn't go bad?
Oooh, that looks like a more reasonable amount, and at a good price too. And if you're just giving it to the ducks, it shouldn't matter that it's still bitter.http://www.pipingrock.com/brewer-s-yeast/brewers-yeast-powder-not-debittered-100-pure-9120
Hi, found another site w/a good price! Non-debittered is less expensive.
