I'm loving all these pics of everyones runners :)

I hatched (well my Light Syssex bantam hatched) six runner ducklings and they're now 3 weeks old and great fun! I've never kept runner ducks before and I love them! Mrs Bantam is a very good mummy, although they are getting sort of big for her to sit on now!

is it possible for runner drakes to start getting their curly tail feathers at 7 weeks? i swear i saw a curl starting already

also, any tips on getting good photos? they take off running whenever i get the camera out, and all i seem to be able to get is a blurry shot of them running away :p anyways, this shows the duck that looks like it's tail feather is lifting up to curl.

My Runners are 7 weeks old and I haven't seen a drake feather yet. Might just be a feather getting ready to come out.

I am still working on getting some really good pics.

My Runners are 7 weeks old and I haven't seen a drake feather yet. Might just be a feather getting ready to come out. I am still working on getting some really good pics.
mine got them around 3 months old.
