Runner duck seems ill

My sweet choclate runner duck toby duck seems ill.
This is my first time having ducks.

He is 5 months old.

He has a wry tail, his neck is not stretched out very far, he sometimes seems hunched over, he makes a weird sound every once in a while, and his eyes look glazed over sometimes.

Any pictures of his setup? What is he being fed? When did he develop the Wry Neck?

I will take a video when I am available soon.

I will get pics of his housing and run when I get the video soon. He is fed new country organic grower feed with brewers yeast. He developed his wry Tail when he was a older duckling.

He is being a bit more alert and less tired.
