Running other chickens out of nester

I had a roo that I thought was a chicken and had to re place him today, since i have returned home, I have noticed that one of my chickens has been running all the other chickens out of the nesters and wont let them in to lay. Is this a coincidence? Or is this something new? thanks in advance for any help

Anytime there is a change in the flock they have to reestablish a pecking order. Normally the bossiest hen will take charge in the absence of a rooster. In a day or two things should calm back down. Just watch to make sure that everyone is getting food and water. You might have to run interference so that the other hens can get inside to lay.
