Bramblestar went into the medicine den and talked quietly with her about the water hemlock and eventually was able to get her to agree. Feathersky walked up to Sunshine to ask her permission to use it. "Sunshine?" She asked gently, waking her up

Sunshine opened her jaws and then extended her claws as pain flashed through her weak body. "What?" She gritted her teeth, speaking hurt so bad.

"The ShadowClan leader came here a little while ago, and apparently this sickness is spreading throughout them. They kindly came here and told us what cured it, but it could be dangerous. We would need to use a little bit of water hemlock each day. Are you okay with me using it on you?"

Strikewhisper picked up Batkit and muttered, “Really, calm down. Where’s Birdkit?” Then the hissing kit walked into the den, ears back. Strikewhisper stared at her, confused.

Birdkit slid her claws down Strikewhisper's face, "You! Why didn't you tell us mom was sick?" Strikewhisper stared at her, eyes wide.

Feathersky nodded and went to the highest spot in her herb store where she kept the poisonous things. She dug around until she found a few stalks of it, then tore off two leaves. She put it into her mouth and massaged her neck until she swallowed. "I really hope ShadowClan wasn't lying.... StarClan, please help her..."

Bramblestar was exiting the medicine den when he saw this, he swiftly but gently grabbed Birdkit by her scruff and get her away from Strikewhisper. "What do you think your doing?" He growled

Bramblestar snarled, and this time wasn't so gentle picking her up. He took her to his den and had one or two warriors outside his den to stop her from bolting out. "Let me ask you again..." He snarled "What. Were. You. Doing? You do NOT EVER hurt another Clanmate!"
