She returned the lick. "Okay," she sighed. "I don't want to be hard on him... But I guess I have to at this point."He smiled and licked her ear. "Ok, let's go tell Blackpaw he has elder duty for a few moons if he doesn't shape up."

Lilyflight blinked gratefully at him, then padded over to Blackpaw. "Blackpaw," she said, softly but firmly. "I know we've tried to have this conversation before, but now we're actually going to have it. You need to start trying in your training. You need to respect me, and I'll respect you. That's the mutual agreement between all mentors and apprentices, but you don't seem to understand that.
