Runt Duckling Can't Walk

It's tablets which mean you'll have to crush them up and I am not sure if putting them over feed he is going to get enough. the liquid you can even take a dropper and drop along the bill and after wards add to some water but it's very important he gets most of it straight.

You can try it just small amount of water so it isn't too watered down. And just tiny drops till 1 ml is gone Don't want him to aspirate it. also this link will show you how to do some little shoes to help keep the feet from curling usually only takes a couple days. Don't let him in water while wearing them.

Well we haven't yet been able to give him the niacin but I think it's something more than just niacin deficiency... he's not holding his head up - not sleeping, just laying out with his wings outstretched. He puts in energy to peep loudly and then goes back to being pretty limp.

Do these symptoms make you think of anything else? I feel bad for keeping him separated from his siblings. Maybe something neurological or genetic?

@Miss Lydia what do you think of the sock treatment?

As said: If he is not eating at all, give him some sugar-water to get some calories into the bird. I guess he is just weak, fell more and more behind the others and now its the crisis. Ducklings are not as nice to each other than it appears. A weaker duckling is pushed away from food and water by its stronger siblings and becomes even weaker.
