Hi everyone, I got six chicks. I don’t even remember how long ago like three weeks ago I’m pretty sure or so and they’ve grown really well. All of them have grown except for one of them. She is still so small. He’s like a small as a one week, old chick, even though I’ve had them for so long they all used to be the same size as him, and now they almost look like his mother. also I don’t know I’m using he him I don’t know what he is yet. He eats and drinks fine I but I see him shiver because all the rest of them have a lot of feathers and he doesn’t really he still has fuzz. Sometimes I see him close his eyes and stand still . I Don’t know what to do.someone please help.

He is small! Likely just a runt.
Make sure he eats and drinks enough, and I would add vitamins to their water. You could also try giving him some raw or cooked egg for extra protein.
Does he have a heat source? He needs somewhere warm to go.

Hello! I had a chick that remained small, while his sibling thrived. One day I happened to watch them eat. The sibling was happily picking up the food, while the little one was just stabbing wildly, sometimes not even at the ground. I picked him up, and saw that he had what looked like cataracts in his eyes. The poor little guy couldn't see, to find his food.

That was 7-8 years ago. "Daniel" is, of course, full grown now. He can, apparently, see color contrasts. He remembers where I put his food and water. He lives inside, because he can't see to protect himself from predators or other chickens. If I take him outside with me, he follows me faithfully everywhere I go. His masculine instincts will sometimes drive him to passionately mount the shoes of passers-by, but he does no actual harm. It's just sort of unsettling. Icky, you know. I wouldn't trade him for gold though. His life is not ideal, but he clearly enjoys being alive. It takes very little extra to care for him, and the entertainment he has brought us over these many years has been wonderful. Some days he likes to be petted and have his feathers gently played with. Other days he is aloof, and outraged to be touched by lesser beings. He clearly knows that we are helping, though, and once we understood that his "attacks" were not actual aggression, having him around became more fun than trouble.

I have no idea whether your chick may have a similar problem. If so, perhaps my story will help you decide what to do from there. I am always sorry about how culling "imperfect" chicks is seen as "the kindest solution." There is a lot to enjoy in life, even with a disability or two. It also feels good to help a creature that needs it. Best of luck to you!!

Agree with OPs…… supplement feed as suggested, check for any problems finding food or problems with the bigger chicks not allowing it access to food. Heat source set up that allows the other chicks to get to cooler areas if the little one requires a bit more heat. Look him/her over for any problems
