If you're really set on having a specific breed you could sell the ones you have and buy the ones you want, although it's late in the season for that. Started pullets should sell extremely easily right now.
I've gotten the wrong breed from the store before (my own fault, I didn't do research on breeds beforehand and the started pullets were all running together so I just took one that I could catch) but we "fixed" that by getting the breed we wanted later on.
