Rural King mislabeled chicks

My light brahma looked like that as chicks.. my male had like no tail for more then 6 months lol I figured he was a Cockrell tho with the comb and waddle development..

My Light Brahma roo still has short tail feathers. I figured he'd grow some, but he's about a year old now, and they are still short like a hen's tail feathers. He's huge, though, and is definitely a rooster.

Lol mine has a similar tail however he does have two feathers sticking out a bit longer. Lost one for a while then it grew back

I guess that's just how the Light Brahma roos are. Which is odd because the other colors of Brahmas have the fancy rooster tails. I think they are still gorgeous birds. Mine is named Fluffernutter.
