Um....Don't forget, you KNOW his address, you shipped him boxes to ship your birds to you ! Tell him next call and tell him you ARE reporting him to the authorities for endangering an animal! Cruel and Unusual punnishment.

I am so sorry that you had to go through this. I only hope that what goes around comes around and that someone like him gets his. I feel so sorry for those birds. No creature deserves to die needlessly and because of someone's ignorance. I believe in legal terms they say that ignorance is not a defense. If he didn't know how to ship I'm sure he could have gotten the correct info somewhere. NO EXCUSE FOR THIS produces

Personally I wouldnt threaten to call the police, I would be on the phone and telling anyone who would listen. He needs to fry for what he did! Im so glad you will not be sending him any of your birds, sorry you had to open that box and see what you did.

Google animal control or spca in his area and call them tommorrow in the morning. Explain what happened and ask for an e-mail an send pictures and copies of the set up e-mails that spell out your purchase and delivery of 2 shipping boxes to him.

Put him at the top of their "hit list".

I can't imagine what he's done to other animals or may be doing now.

The box he still has is legally yours! Save all e-mails, print them out.

Don't let him push you around.
