Here in Syracuse we have had a number of these types of things through the years. Teen killed the Swans at the Swan pond for unknown reason. Cat found duct taped all up. Cat set on fire. Two women were recently arrested for dumping cats on the side of the road. Man arrested for throwing kittens out of his moving car.

I like to say I'm shocked but I'm not. Some folks have watched so many horror movies that maybe they're de- sensitized.
