I was not being harsh....I was helping....My logic of Duckling killing is just as logical as a lightning strike...Either way, sadly the Ducklings are dead...Non of us witnessed these dead Ducklings so every reply is speculation ....@9Tiptoesi am so sorry you lost them, a very tragic accident indeed
i dont see how you could so quickly jump to that conclusion, from the sounds of it they were broody raised and therefore near all the ducks the entire time, so there was no introduction time at all. The way you stated this was just a bit harsh.
your theory is possible, it was just the way it was stated. It was very blunt with no sympathyI was not being harsh....I was helping....My logic of Duckling killing is just as logical as a lightning strike...Either way, sadly the Ducklings are dead...Non of us witnessed these dead Ducklings so every reply is speculation ....
Appreciated and although blunt I love Ducks and apologize for my wording...Things get taken out of context...I saved 4 Ducklings 1 Duckling died of its shaking...I have 3 happy 9 week old Ducks...your theory is possible, it was just the way it was stated. It was very blunt with no sympathy
the OP lost 15 ducklings which is very hard to accept, so i was just saying that you were blunt, no offense meant to you

I thought of that immediately, but they were nested about 20 yards outside our front door. If there had been a lightning strike, our house electrical would have been hit badly. And there's no way we would have missed a nearby strike. What about lightening?
