Safe to eat eggs??

We found one of our chicken dead today. Not sure what happened. I know it wasn't a Predator. Are the eggs safe to eat. I'm not sure just in case if it was a disease

That's a hard question to answer.
Depends on the illness/disease. So I go by the motto "when in doubt, throw it out".
