Can't wait to hear what you friend says.I don't know if the new approval for laying hens includes a different dosage, or really anything else about it.

I just checked Valley Vet and it's come down a little.Ouch! I sure didn't hear about that price! I'll still call Monday.
It's very frustrating when we're the poor sisters of the poultry industry, and there's no incentive/ money spent on our needs as small flock owners.

Well that’s a bummer. The indications clearly state “Not for use in laying hens and replacement chickens intended to become laying hens”. Hopefully @Folly's place will have better news to report Monday after talking to Dr. Fulton! That link isn't working on my iPad, but given the just the name, yes, that's it. It's approved for use in the UK in laying hens when treating large roundworms and cecal worms.
Thanks for the link. I hope that it will be on the market soon. I wonder if Tractor Supply will carry it eventually. Is this the product you’re referring to? https://www.merck-animal-health-usa.com/product/poultry/Safe-Guard-AquaSol/1
Wow, that's a long time to be sick with the flu.![]()
Thanks, yeah, it has been along hard road with the flu. Its not so much the fl but the complications from it such as ear infection and bronchitis. I'm a mess but on the mend.
Any word from your friend yet?I don't know if the new approval for laying hens includes a different dosage, or really anything else about it.
