Sally's GF3 thread

We installed two corner shelves in our shower today. We'll see if we need the other two, or if we spent an extra $150 on the bathroom remodel. Since we got a custom color, we can't return them.

I do think it was a good idea to order as many as we thought we'd want, because who knows if another order would match the coloring exactly? Or maybe the color could be discontinued.

These are easily 2-3 times the area as the tiny corner shelves were in the old tub, so maybe we won't want the other two.

Photo?

I haven't taken any yet.

Transferring photos from my phone to my laptop is a PITA. One of the USB ports doesn't seem to work (it's a refurb, not brand new). So to transfer photos, I have to unplug the mouse thingie and use the touchpad (which is awkward).

Are the phone and the laptop bluetooth?

I recently moved some photos from an old laptop to a new laptop using bluetooth. No hardwire required. It took me a while to figure it out but I did it. 🤣
Now I need to take time to move the ones on my phone.

I googled instructions to help me.
I'm not teck savy so this was an accomplishment for me.

Do you have messenger? You can message to yourself. Do you have a mail app on both devices? You can e-mail it to yourself

I have email on my computer. It's on my phone, but I never use it.

I am really fighting having everything I do on my phone. I know it will suck me in. I started tracking my steps, using my phone, and now I. Have. To. Know. How. Many. Steps?! How many now, compared to yesterday at this time???

I do not want more things on my phone to suck me in. I can treat the steps as a game, but I want to leave email out of it. I do not visit BYC on my phone. The screen is too small, for one. The keys are too small to type as much as I post. I disabled the "I know what you're going to type, so I'll finish it for you" and the spell check. And I cannot leave a typo, if I see it.

Nope, not doing the voice-to-text thing; I'm not a good speaker. Voice-os would bother me more than typos.
