That isn't great. Do you have corrid on hand? Cecal poo is more gelatinous and brown. It smells to high heaven as well.

No and it’s to late at night to get it, should I wait untill morning to see if anything changed? It’s 7:11 right now here.

If you have corrid start running it through the whole flock that is contained with this one. If your chick needs it, it will bounce back in a week's time. If it doesn't Corrid won't hurt him a bit.

Should I give it to my hen too? She’s in the house because a bear ripped through our old coop and took her 3 companions.

I don't think this is Coccidiosis. If the chick was very lethargic and fluffed up, then maybe. I think this is either failure to thrive or a vitamin deficiency. The latter is least likely though, as the other chicks would show deficiency signs as well. I think there's just something wrong with the chick.

Yeah, if he is eating you can try to feed him some eggs, scrambled or hard boiled and made into small pieces. The extra protein and nutrition might give him a boost. Coccidosis, which is what Corrid treats can move swiftly so I would grab some as soon as you can.

I’ll get it tomorrow and treat everyone just to be sure. I’ll feed the egg aswell.

He does seem Fluffed that way, but all other chicks are fine, no signs of anything wrong, I have another chick that I think is a runt and she is also fine.

MyPetChicken, they’re on Green mountain grower, ( instructions said to feed at 5-6 weeks ) he’s eating, Salmon Faverolles feather in black on their belly, legs and head if it’s a male, cream on chest and legs if female. And although hatchery chicks can vary he’s super black everywhere.

Oh, ok. I've never had Faverolles so I wasn't sure.

I’m worried the others are pushing him away from the food because he didn’t seem to have a full crop, and when I put wet soft pellets to make sure everyone is eating them he started eating out of the normal feeder. He was fine yesterday though.

I had to show him to eat when he was little too because he couldn’t find the food, also we’re putting them in the new coop this weekend, should I keep him and a companion ( likely the runt because of similar sizes ) together inside for longer?
