Came across some interesting info. while reading the FDA Vs. Bayer case (FDA won - Baytril was nixed for Chooks). A study stipulated to (both sides agreed) concerned the much higher percentage of individuals who developed GI distress, owing to Campylobacter, who had eaten chicken prepared in restaurants, than those who handled/cleaned/prepared chicken at home. The finding was that the infection was passed, not from chicken, but from filthy human wait staff... FYI
