Same hen~different eggs?

Is it possible that my EE is laying different colored eggs? I have had green ones before, but found a brown one in the nest today, and the other pullets are definitely not of laying age...(unless, like my children, they are early bloomers!)

That sounds a bit odd. Egg will lighten in color though the laying cycle. But from green to brown is a new one for me....

i have had some of my hen that would lay a brown egg every once in a while and then lay the rest of them would all be blue.
