Do you remember what feed store you got them from? The ones I have checked out don't carry welsummers

Double S Tack & Feed in Lakeside has 2 week old Welsummers available now. Called them today looking for as close to day-old chicks as I could find.

The last Cemani chicks to hatch (about a dozen or so) are for sale as a lot for $100. That is less that $10 each.
Roo has been rehomed so that is the end of them.

How old are the Cemani chicks??? Also, are they vaccinated for Marek's?

These Chicks are from a group of eggs the hens were secretly setting but the hens were not set up for chicks so I hatched the eggs in the incubator. Age ranges from about 2 weeks to about 4-5 weeks. They are all together in a brooder.
They are not vaccinated but I have very very strict biosecurity practice (I have a young closed flock - and do not allow people with hens on the property, or any bird I have not hatched myself).
They are not sexed and as I want these guys out of the garage they are for sale super cheap as a lot.
Once they go outside I will sell them sexed but they will be regular price of $45 each as usually I have to give away the boys.

Ok So cal Friends - I have done a ton of research on feed and am looking for peeps to partner with and split a 1 ton delivery (forty 50lb bags) from Union Point of their Layer Pellets. Basically Corn, Soy, GMO-Free as well as no DE and no "grain products" with added marigold and pumpkin. Price estimate is $30 per 50lb bag. Please PM me if you are interested. I'd like to order in the month of October 2017.

No... to both... Grandma turned 101 in July and shes doing fabulous...

I still have plans to move back. even bought a JD riding mower. Which I will have to get up there soon to reclaim my drive way and the 100 foot defensible clear space around the house.

I moved Katee out to a place where she can have company... She will come home when I do.
