The last half of January works for me, but the first half it depends. My b-day is the 4th and I don't know if I will be going out of town, I also have a friend graduating college in Las Vegas and her graduation day is sometime in the first 2 weeks.
I would love to do it again, it was alot of fun. If I get to go, I'll have to make something chicken related again, this time whatever it is won't melt like my chicken cupcakes did!

At least hubby took a picture of them before I left! They were pretty silly.
