I'd like to suggest Old Poway Park. It's on Midland Dr. It has some beautiful old Sycamore trees, a real running train, lots of grassy area, usually not too busy. There's no playground, but otherwise it's a neat park.
I'm thinking that the weather inland in Jan. would be better. Just an idea to bounce around.

I wonder how much they charge for these "other" animals to get adopted? I saw there is a horse too. Poor babies. I heard chickens were just a few dollars, but don't know if it's true. Maybe since they have no spay/neuter and vaccination costs.

Hi San Diego chicken folks! I'm new to BYC & chickens in general, and have had my pullets for one whole week now. I'd like to join your meet up if possible

I would also like to add that if you can catch him, there's a white mallard who's still new at Lake Murray, but he's a flier! He's also a cutie! So, if you need a white mallard drake, there you go.

What did you get? What part of the county are you in? Keep this in your subscribed posts. I missed the last one because I didn't keep tabs on it!!

I went to look and had no clue there were so many rabbits up for adoption.

When I head down there I may go and take a look and adopt. Anyone know what their adoption fees are?
