I have a 50 of DE coming, but even with three coops, that's obviously more than I need for a bit. If anyone would like to buy a few 5 or 10-pound lots, I would be happy to split the bag a little (I'd keep 25, the rest would be fine).

I ended up with 15 out of 18 Wellies and all of the Ameraucanas hatched - there were either 4 or 6 of them. I have so many chicks that it's hard to keep track. I use little zip ties that are color coded: Blue for Ameraucaunas, Green for Olive Eggers, Clear for Silkies, Yellow for splits, pink for sexed chicks - female, Orange for sexed chicks males, red for culls, etc
