Are bantam Ameracaunas quieter than LF? My LF Ameracauna are noisy.

Just wanted to share some egg pics getting ready for Easter... I used to do this with my mom when I was a kid, now I am passing the tradition to my kiddos. Good old fashioned egg coloring

We are ready to do this BYC thing. Searching for a really small alpine coop for 2-3, and "quiet" hens.
Possibly bantam ameracaunas? Any breed that tends to be not too vocal? No roosters for sure.
When I move out of this subdivision then I can expand...Happy Ostara.

Costco has (had) a great little coop for around $160 I think. Big enough for 3 or so regular sized girls. A friend of mine bought one and she loves it!

My hens are quiet except when they sing their eggsong.... usually happens a couple times a day.

Any 4H ers out there looking for exhibition chicks to show ?
I just hatched some eggs from Dick Horstman.

The eggs are the same stock that he uses for the birds he shows. There are mille fleur d'uccle and white crested black polish.
