Three days and no posts??? everyone here feeling ok??
I am great

I have been busy hatching by proxy at my place in the Philippines

We have new breeds - Chukar Partridge and Breda Fowl and Ameraucanas as well as built up the Guineas, Orpingtons and Andalusians.

Five new coops are under construction to separate birds and start breeding programs.

In the bator here I have White Bresse, Black Bresse and Black tailed Japanese bantams - let me know if anyone wants chicks. This week I will set Lemon Cuckoo Marans.

In 26 days I will be off again to the Phils. I hope to hatch out Australorps, Creme Legbars, Swedish Flower hens, Andalusians, a mix of bantams and coturnix.

I am recovering from the disaster up at my house.... need to go up there to make some minor changes in plumbing and the trucks battery is dead. Its hitting me in waves.

I need the coop moved before I can do chickens again.... all modular but still its a big job. So that wont be till spring.

Oh good news. Before I lost my flock I had just purchased a months supply of feed. The feed store will take it back..... Yay. As long as it is under a certain age I have to check labels.

Hello All,

Anyone interested in 1 Cream Brabanter cockerel?
I only hatched out this one but I do have a friend who can provide you with more if interested.

He's on 100% organic Non-GMO verified feed I ship in from Oregon.

I've got a really nice brooder box that I bought from our local feed store that recently went out of business. I really don't need it so I'm looking to sell it for what I paid which is $150. If I can't get $150 for it then I'll make it into a cutting table for my sewing room.

It measures approx. 47" wide x 37" tall x 37 1/2" deep. It's on a very nice and heavy wheel base. Both sides of the top lift off for easy cleaning. The floor planks also come out. I can throw in some leftover linoleum to line the bottom with if you want. It took three of us to load but once on the ground it rolls very smoothly.

email me at [email protected] if you're interested. I'm in Julian. May be able to help with transport for cost of gas, but wouldn't be this coming week.
