I'm so sorry I wasn't able to stay at the meet-up for more than five lousy minutes... I felt terrible. I'm just now starting to feel like myself again, although I sound like I should be working for one of those nasty phone services!

I wanted to thank Cari again for wrestling a large feed order, and getting us all squared away. I love having a stocked feed room!

I am putting horse blinders on so that I do not see all of the chickens available. I see a few that I would like but I have put the incubators away for now and promised myself not to bring in anymore until I have a bigger place. When I get the bigger place then I will be hitting up everyone.

I went to see a house a few days ago and was very pleasantly surprised when I saw a huge enclosure of pigeons. I wanted to take a closer look and they also had a full coop of hens and silkies. So cool to see other chicken crazed people exist.

I did not feel so alone in this world.
