Hi Everyone, Have not been on as much. I thought I was stressed before but now it is even worse that the house is nearing the finish line. Had my friend take a look so we can do the landscape and I am drawing out plans for my new coop so that the flock can be moved asap. I decided to go BIG and hope there is enough chickens to fill it with.

An update on my BCM roo that was attacking me. After I literally kicked him the other day, he has stayed away from me like the plague. I am hopefull that he will be a good boy and be able to move to our new digs. He will have a nice large yard and crow all he likes. Thanks to all with their advice.

I really want to come to the meet up but not sure right now.

I might try the meet in Norco - never been there. How long did it take those driving from North County? Also, have heard there are lots of horsey shops there......might combine both that day.

Norco is a solid hour from Escondido. I've already committed to going, and bringing some eggs for someone.

is the ramona meet up still happening or is everyone on there way to norco?

also i have a friend who has a cute frizzled bantam roo with his blind barred rock hen.
they should be together as she counts on him for direction and are together all the time.they are so sweet together.

It was a painful but family decision for them but rehoming seems to be the best choice right now.
