Favorite San Diego places? La Jolla Shores at sunset. Did you know that there are places in the world where you cannot watch the sun set over the ocean? Thank goodness I am a left coaster!

My favorite place is out east in Julian.

But that's not San Diego proper. I guess I'd have to say anywhere along the coast.

Escondido, hidden, next to Vista and San Marcos. Home of the Wild Animal Park no matter what San Diego tries to say.

Escondido is no longer hidden, it is now a major city, the road out to the park gets less and less "country" every time I go out there.
