Two of the ducklings in the picture are Hookbills, the two lighter colored ones are the Runners, and the rest are the Dark Campbells. Since the Hookbills and Campbells are genetically the same color ("Dusky") it's a little bit hard to tell them apart in the picture - I can easily pick them out by their bill shape, but I had trouble at first.
I ordered 6 Hookbills last summer from Sandhill, but they had a hard time hatching them and were only able to ship me three - the two Dusky ones I have now and an adorable little solid White one that, sadly, was the one that died just 4 hours after I got them. I'm adding some more Hookbills to my flock from Holderreads this year, just because I want to be sure I actually get some at the date I requested.
But, like I said, I most definately will be ordering from Sandhill again! I want some more of their Buff Runners (because mine is off-color, WAY too blue), and I'm toying with the idea of getting some White Campbells from them too, once I build a few more pens!
