Last week on the Amazing Race the contestants were in Singapore. They had to make and sell Ice Cream Sandwiches. Slices of ice cream on bread. I guess it's a popular street treat there.

Imp- For lunch today I had a great Panini-turkey, sun dried tomatoes, fresh mozzerella on rosemary ciabatta.

Well, if we are talking something that takes a little more preparation, I LOVE Patty Melts....if we are talking simple, I like tuna fish with pickles and onions.

Super simple and super delicious...a grilled cheese sandwich with Jarlsberg cheese! I've got a freezer stocked with that cheese just for grilled cheese sandwiches! Got the idea from a movie "The Devil Wears Prada," I think.
