ok, this might sound really neurotic, but I just made a ham sammy for lunch, and got to thinking about how I like sandwiches. I have very definite preferences. How about you?
Ham ----- mustard/both yellow and spicy
chicken/turkey---mayo (the real stuff, no miracle whip) sometimes some cranberry sauce
roast beef---horseradish
meatloaf----mustard and ketchup
liverworst/braunshwieger----butter
baloney----mayo and pickles or relish
tuna----hard boiled eggs, celery, onion, sweet relish and mayo

Grilled corn beef with saur kraut and swiss cut in half and dipped in thousand Island.

Turkey on wheat bread with real mayo, mustard and provolone cheese, salt and pepper. YUM

egg salad with bacon and cheese on toasted white bread

reuben on good rye with coleslaw instead of sauerkraut w/either russian dressing or thousand island


mesquite turkey with mayo (yep, the good stuff), tomato, lettuce and provolone on toasted whole wheat

Okay ya'll think this is odd but its what we grew up on...Ketchup and Mayo sandwich!! I still eat it to this day my husband thinks its gross. I also eat fried banana and peanut butter sandwiches..I grew up for the most part in the south.

We grew up on honey and peanut butter sandwiches, I still like them but none of my kids have.

Buttered toast with cream cheese and salmon roe
