Sandy particles in egg white

We have several types of hens. All eat the same things. We are experiencing sandy particles (detectable in cooked items) in the whites of only the blue eggs. If you rub them between your fingers, they do not disintegrate.

Calcium particles.
Do you have only one blue layer?
