I have some downy hair from my cousin's mostly wolf hybrid that I need to deal with at some point. It's incredibly short stapled, but fuzzy soft like angora rabbit hair (another creature I will eventually need to add to my menagerie).

I have a great wheel in the garage that is from the 1800's, but needs restored. My real wheel is just like yours, a nice traditional. I did switch out the string band that it came with for a poly one, it spins much smoother now. Are you allowed to play with it before Christmas? It would be torture to have it there and to have to wait!
