Santa came early to see me!

I have been giving it a spin all evening in between other things.

This type rabbits angora is unforgiving. It has no stretch to it all. It has to be mixed with other wools. I am hoping for one of those steel blue colored sheep to drop into my lap to mix his wool with.

His wool can't be pulled. It has to be shaved every 3 months.

The wolf fiber is the same way, hence the fact that it is still in the cupboard. I am considering spindling it instead of using my wheel, just to give me that extra bit of control.

That bunny must look hilarious shaved

Having a sheep dropped in your could slow down your spinning. Those guys are heavy!

you all must NEVER sleep..

Ok so I dabble in a bunch of crafts... but you all .. oh my

I'll sleep when I am too old to do anything but sit in a chair. Right now I am wrapping Christmas presents, drinking coffee and enjoying the fire while the rain patters on the roof and my kids are asleep.

*dont shoot me...* and refinish it. Its only been needing to be redone for the past 18 years now. Was a gift from my parents and we've never refinished it - someone painted it and I've meant to redo it..just never did.

At least you know how to use yours - mine...its just a neat conversation piece
