Sapphire Gem 2 weeks - roo?

They just hit 2 weeks old. My other one has hardly any comb. Ironically this is my most chill chick that minds its own business, never in my face. Are waddles developing so early an indicator?

I'd normally say yes. But doesn't the leg color say pullet for a sapphire gem? The feet are yellowish so it might just be a roo. I've only got pullets that are laying now and all there legs are blueish. I'll check their feet color when I tend their coop later.
 
Your chick is a female. Unless, did she have a white dot on her head as a tiny baby? Males are usually light gray with a white dot on their head. I wouldn't be concerned as far as large comb and wattles go, because sapphire gem hens have large, floppy combs and wattles so female chicks develop them early ☺️
