Sapphire Gem - Pullet or Cockerel?

Hey guys! I have three 8-week old Sapphire Gem pullets (four in total) and I'm not sure about the gender of one of them. It has been growing these small, weird feathers on top of its head ever since it was a couple of weeks old. They have continued to grow to this day. None of the others have grown anything like it. Two of them (including the one with the feathers on top of its head) have yellow feet and the other two have black feet. They all have the same color. Any ideas?

around 12 weeks you can see male feathers. Rarely at 8 weeks

My guess is legbar cross on the ones with a crest of feathers on their head

X 2 on the legbar cross of that one, and I'm going to say it's a pullet. I enlarged your second picture to look good at it.

Yes. They're all starting to have a little bit of pink on their combs.

Yeah, I've tried searching the internet a few times to see what it meant if a chicken had feathers on top of its head. Nothing came up.

I think that is a saphire olive egger, a cream legbar cross. Hoover hatchery has saphire gem (a plymouth rock cross) and saphire olive eggers. You probably got some of each.
She is really cute. Hope you get nice green eggs from her!
