I have 7 snakes ..which one? What does it look like?

Gordo and Risus are Ball Pythons
Jaffe and Flinch are Black Rats het Albino (but babies, so not black yet)
Boudin is a Kenyan Sand Boa
Puck! is a Leucistic TX Rat
and Yo! is a little anery Corn


..so which one? LOL


Thanks for the comments, btw. I am a big fan of reptiles and arachnids ...and my affinity towards them has made the rescue effort very rewarding, as well.

wells its either the texas rat or the corn,,hehe,,, the very first snake on the first link,, the white and red one.,,, cept mine was almost 3 feet,,and LOVED my 5 year old,,, she held him every morning before school. his "design was like yours,,,,till you got to the tail,, about 4 inches before the end,, 1 of his "sploches" was a big " Y " ,,i called him "yahoo"
i really love reptiles,,, but dont deal with the spiders very well,,hehe,,, things creep me out,,BUT,, i have no choice when it comes to "buzz",,, i have to handle him just like my reps.,,hehe,,, but HE isnt so bad,,,,,but he's also enough "spiders" for me,,hehe

The one on the right is a Black Rat snake heterozygous for White Albino ...it's either Flinch or Jaffe. The one on the left is Yo! ..she's a little anery Corn snake that I just got. She has a pink in her mouth ..first day home, first meal with me. I named her Yo! cuz she has a 'Y' and a little 'o' spot on her head.

Corn snakes are great snakes for kids, IMO ...I had a nice big female amelanistic one in my 4th grade classroom. All the kids loved her!

As for "bugs" ..I don't really handle them too much. If my big boy wants to wander out on my arm while I'm cleaning, I let him ...who's gonna argue, right? lol ...and my T. pruriens (I think the common name is Peruvian Emerald Velvet ??) ..she likes to scare the bejeeezus out of me and run around my hands when I open her viv. She's pretty, though

My biggest fear with handling ...is dropping! They don't fare well with broken limbs ...and the superglue doesn't always work ..they can easily bleed out. I lost a little tiny s'ling (spiderling) that way ..teleported off me and I was even sitting on the floor ..it was too tiny for me to fix.

yup,,,, corn snake!!,,,, man he was great,,,every morning before going out to the bus,,, he would come out and sit with my 5 year old,,, she loved him,,,,she also is "buzz'z" human,,,and has a white bellied tree frog,and a little red 1 too,,, forgot what he was called,,,,and my youngest the 3 year old has a "yard toad" and a freakin hamster,,,( man i really dont like hamsters, gerbils, or guinea pigs) ,, but next is a rat she says,,haha ,,i used to play with mice at the genetics lab,,, so i like mouses,,hehe.
we have a BIG yellow racer ( i think,,its a little over 5' long and yellowish gold color) outside that i wish i had a big nuff set-up for,,hehe

,, but still looking for another corn snake,,,,,( i refuse to pay for 1 from a pet store) cause she REALLY wants another.

I despise Hamsters!! The little flickers BITE!

I do have 2 male Cavies, though ..err, Guinea Pigs.... and I adore my boys! Giorgi and J.R. (aka. Jersey Rose... long story) are very endearing and happy little guys

I have 4 meecers ..Falcor lives alone and he's the newest boy. Buster, Satellite and Mogwai all live together ..my trio.... and get along great! They are even handleable ...almost as easily as some of my rattie kids. They will sit in my hand and eat treats, groom me and themselves, and so on. Most meece are too timid, though.

Rats are great kid pets, too! I have 16 here ...mostly rescues.. and they are all well behaved, know their names, come when called, don't smell, and usually play nice together (they are very sociable animals ..should always be kept in, at least, pairs). I love my rattie kids!!


If you want to get in touch with a Corn breeder ...so you can avoid pet shops.. let me know. I know a few. You'd most likely need to have it shipped to you, but the quality of animal is worth it, all around.

ya,,, i would like a name or 2,,in a few years we plan on starting a little rescue place here for animals other then dogs, cats, ferrets.,,and the ones that can be found a home,, will go for free,,,, but im pretty strict on who i even sell my chickens too,,hehehe ,,but before that ,, my wiferz said i need to find a rich girlfriend,,haha

The DH is always saying that the "rescued kids" get treated better and definitely eat better than he does ...of course, he's fibbin' ..but he'll never admit it!
