Save my little Delta, is she a she or He? Help please.

So I just noticed my little Delta, she is a golden laced wyandotte comb is more red than the rest of my flock. It's also flatter and wider with one little bump on it. She is also getting different neck feathers and her tail feathers are longer than my other Wyandotte. I am worried that she is a he which my City doesn't allow me to own so I would need to find a new place for him if that's the case. She hatched 4/16 so is a little over a month old and I know that can be young. But my other blue/red wyandotte doesn't look like her. Guesses anyone?

It’s still a little early to say. Wyandotte’s are notorious for being hard to sexe by their combs. I don’t see any wattles so my guess right now is it’s probably a pullet. I’d post an update at 7-8 weeks to be sure.
