I'd rather keep my thoughts on that off the forum.

We've discussed the strange sign a bit and we think (hope) the council are just trying to discourage people from digging their own graves, so to speak. I suppose with the economics as they are here people would try and cut where they can. Crime rates and theft in general in this country is very, very low. (Compared to SA it's non-existent) People are almost reckless with their belongings here. Well, that's how we see it, coming from a country where they'd pinch the milk from your coffee if given the chance LOL The mistake we made was putting a metal cross on the grave. In a country where the scrapyards recently got told to stop buying stolen manhole covers it's not surprising sadly, that any metal, anywhere and in any shape will do.
