Want to keep this thread going. Learned so much about this beautiful breed by reading this post.
Pictures of my drake Herman and his two ladies Hilda and Helga follow. The ladies just started laying a month ago.
They are all 7-8 months old.
I lost 3 of my Saxony ducks late summer due to their ingesting a dead fish. I have been searching for other females since. Herman needs a larger harem -lol.

That’s a good quality saxony. Have you tried showing?

You think so? Thank you! I have not tried showing her, but if you think she may be good enough I would love to try. I am getting more pics, her eyestripes have gained definition as she got older.

She is finishing molting so she doesn’t look as uniform as she normally does, but I just took this:

Can I just check with my standard and then I’ll get back to you? I don’t know the saxony standard off by heart because I don’t breed them, but she looks good as a first impression.
